Our homes are non-smoking houses

Pets are permitted, but require additional $50 per pet fee

• Prior approval by owner required

• Pets absolutely not allowed on furniture

• Pets must be up to date on vaccines and flea preventative

We do not rent to students or individuals under 25 unless accompanied by an adult or with prior approaval

A security/damage deposit of $200.00 USD is required at the time of booking (deposits are now a card hold as you would see at a hotel or resort)

50% of rent balance due beyond 60 days prior to arrival.  Full balance due within 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

• Cancellations greater than 60 days from arrival incur no penalties

• Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival forfeit advance payment

• Changes made within 60 days of arrival that result in a shorter duration of stay may result in the loss of advance payment

• Refunds are not offered for natural or man-made disasters that may prevent or interrupt your trip

  • It is highly suggested you purchase a travel insurance policy to cover the cost of your trip
